As a Western company doing business in the Middle East, we really had a hard time finding the balance between the German style of “the price is the price” vs the more regional “this is the price, but we will give YOU a discount”. After 12 years in business, we have landed on “Let’s give everyone the best price first”. We do not inflate our prices with the idea that our customers will need to ask for a discount to get true value. We ensure that our estimates and quotations are accurate, and our prices are fair. Are we more expensive than our competition? Yes, but we are also very sure that you will experience the value that we deliver.
